Today instead of our usual Indiana trek, we decided to branch out and try something new.
We went to a huge barn sale in Michigan!
Two huge barns, a house, all from the same family since the late 1800's. Couldn't pass this sale up.
We got a lot of good rusty barn treasures. Pulleys, cage lamps, hooks, an auger collection, antlers, cool oil and other cans, and so much more. A whole car load!
Plus.. we got to stop at the American waffle house in Lawrence, Michigan.
Nice change of pace!
Scott sucked up his pneumonia and we were able to make the trip to Indiana today. Bought more smalls than bugs, but ended up with some great pieces. Some beautifully roached advertising thermometers, cast fireplace frame, lots of tobacco cans/tins, antique hardware, primitives, industrial lamps and more!
Finally weather allowed us to make our usual trip to Indiana. Here's a sneak peek of some of what we picked up. Lots of cool signs and advertising pieces!
