More signs and such

We went on one pick this week before our car decided it needed to go into the shop.. no car for a few days means we haven't been able to get out and buy, but we did get lucky on Monday!

Got some great signs.. a 1930's cats paw rubber heels and soles, a "this road to aer-o-plane stores" tin embossed sign from probably the 40s/50s, a huge double cola sign, hoyne savings and trust thermometer, a large rotating dowel rod display rack, and a few other car/garage related signs. Also a giant eagle mascot head.  Pretty nifty stuff!

Another big haul these past two days.  So much stuff we aren't sure what to do with it all but hey, when the buying is good you gotta go with it!

We picked up some great signs today! Firestone tires, plaid stamps, Levis.. some circus posters, racks, horse racing game piece, Chicago bungalow arts and crafts stained glass, lots of smalls, so much more!  Here's a few pictures.. just a sample of some of the new!

And no.. anna did not get to buy the bumper car.

Mega week

Holy cats! We've had an insane past two weeks. We've picked some amazing places and have been so busy picking we neglected our blog. Sorry blog!  All of our furniture has sold (except we have 2 warming carts left!).  we met some great people and have been networking so life is great. And busier than ever!
So.. what did we find!? A lot!  so much weird, unique, and amazing.  Car stuff, hardware, lamps lamps and lamp parts of all eras (industrial, mid century, abstract), Toledo Ohio drafting chair, doctor bag, signage, tools, artwork, Greek banners, just seriously so much I can't even think of it all.  We managed to snap a few pics so here's something... and can you believe its only Monday?
